30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

 

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how to send your item back

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Please note that ProBliva currently ships and accepts returns only within the United States.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return process

  2. Place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
