Shipping Destinations
At this time, ProBliva ships to addresses within the United States only.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, and shipping destination.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as indicated during checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, though delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
ProBliva is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
